Testing and Inspection Electrician – Mobile – Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire to £42,000 plus overtime @x1.5
My client who is one of the UK’s leading Facilities Management organisations are seeking a Mobile Testing & Inspection Electrician with electrical & inspection experience, City & Guilds 2391 Inspection & Testing certification, City & Guilds 2382-18, posses NVQ Level 3 Technical Apprenticeship and / or City & Guilds 2377 and a superb opportunity to work across wide range of clients, both public and private, with a particular focus on commercial projects. You will also have relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., 18th Edition, ECS Gold Card) coupled with strong knowledge of electrical safety regulations and compliance standards.
Responsibilities
* Conduct Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) and carry out remedial electrical works in commercial and industrial spaces, performing routine testing, diagnosing faults, and completing small installations as needed.
* Prepare method statements, risk assessments, and point-of-work assessments to ensure full compliance with safety regulations.
* Work unsociable hours, including weekends and overnight, compensated at enhanced overtime rates.
* Maintain accurate records and reports using mobile devices.
