The Role:
* Initial Basis: Part-time (hours to be discussed), but spread over 5 days per week to ensure consistency for our clients.
* Hybrid Working: A mix of remote work and being happy to attend a mixture of our Essex and Hertfordshire offices 3 days per week.
* The Opportunity: You’ll be working alongside senior consultants, getting hands-on experience in everything from HR audits and policy development to leadership coaching and organizational transformation.
