We have a robust and in-depth onboarding process where, as a new employee, you’ll first complete your training and paid induction. During your induction, you will shadow another team member to understand your role and get to know your colleagues.
Your colleagues and management team will support you during your induction to help you put your training into practice and answer any questions. You’ll start building your support network from day one, including your management team, colleagues, and departments at Group Support.
We also invest in your ongoing development, whether studying for an NVQ, refresher courses, or specific clinic training.
You will be supporting our young client with SMA in their own home, assisting with their daily routine and attending school with them.
Your day-to-day activities may include:
* Chest Physio
* Cough Assist
* PEG Feeding
* Medication Administration
* Non-Invasive Ventilation
