Job Description

Are you an experienced, driven sales professional ready to exceed targets and earn competitive bonuses? At Yell we value ambitious, proactive Business Development Managers who build relationships, deliver results, and help businesses across the UK reach new goals.


About the Role

* Hunting for new business: proactively prospect through self‑sourced and company‑provided leads to open doors to new clients.
* Tailoring solutions: engage in face‑to‑face and virtual consultations to understand customer needs and offer customised digital marketing solutions.
* Closing deals: present, negotiate, and secure agreements with new and existing clients to drive revenue growth.
* Client management: nurture relationships, ensuring a seamless customer experience and account management for up to 12 months post‑sale.
* Data analysis: conduct in‑depth reviews to identify growth opportunities, boosting client ROI and delivering long‑term success.


Qualifications

* Proven track record in fieldnew or high‑performing telesales.
* Strong relationship‑building and negotiation skills.
* Resilience and a positive outlook when overcoming objections.
* Excellent presentation skills — both verbal and written.
* Experience in solution selling or SaaS (desirable but not essential).
* Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points.
