Premsafe is one of the UK's leading fall protection contractors, is growing fast – and we're looking for an ambitious Account Manager to help us take our client partnerships to the next level.
You'll be stepping into a warm desk with huge potential – backed by a trusted brand, strong case studies, and a management team that values initiative, rewards performance, and promotes from within.
What You'll Be Doing
* Managing and developing a portfolio of existing clients – ensuring exceptional service, repeat business, and long-term partnerships
* Proactively identifying and converting new business opportunities across the construction and facilities sectors
* Creating tailored proposals, closing deals, and consistently hitting/exceeding monthly targets
* Working closely with our estimating, operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth project execution
* Keeping CRM systems up-to-date and reporting on key sales metrics
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in B2B sales or account management – ideally within construction, facilities, or a technical product/service industry
* Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly and close business
* Highly motivated, target-driven, and commercially aware
* Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
* A positive attitude and a hunger to progress your career
* Full UK driving licence (required).
What You'll Get
* Salary: £27,500–£32,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped monthly commission
OTE: £50,000+ in Year 1
