Job Details: Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full-Time, Temp-to-Perm Hours: 8:45 am – 3:45 pm (Monday to Friday) Pay: £90 - £100 per day (based on experience) Employer: Teaching Personnel – The UK's leading education recruitment agency About the Role: This role involves working with students aged 3-19 who have Autism, learning disabilities, communication difficulties, and complex needs. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students develop academic, social, and life skills. Duties include: Assisting teachers in delivering structured learning activities. Supporting students with personalised learning plans. Encouraging independence, confidence, and communication. Helping with behaviour management and emotional regulation. Providing pastoral care and safeguarding support. What We’re Looking For: Passion for working with SEN students. Experience in education, care, or SEN settings (preferred but not essential).
