What the job involves As a Social Worker within the Children's Social Care service, you will manage a caseload that includes Children in Need, Child Protection, and Looked After Children. You will conduct assessments, create and monitor care plans, and collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure positive outcomes for children. Responsibilities include case management, safeguarding children, supporting families, and engaging in strategic development and interagency coordination. You will also provide supervision to Social Worker students, contribute to strategic planning, and participate in necessary meetings and panels to uphold service standards.
