Job Description
The role involves planning, developing, testing, and documenting computer programs, applying knowledge of programming techniques and computer systems. Responsibilities include:
* Evaluating user requests for new or modified programs.
* Reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating business systems and user needs.
* Providing production support and testing of configuration changes.
* Offering training in the newly developed system related to grants and contract management.
* Making administrative data entries into the system on behalf of system users.
* Supporting legacy systems in the Family Services Division.
We will provide training in the system.
