The Role and Impact
As an Experienced Social Worker, you will handle complex cases with a focus on stability and safety. Your role is vital in navigating families through the statutory process while maintaining a relationship-based approach. You will be instrumental in implementing new models of working, such as Early Support and Multi-agency Child Protection.

Requirements
To be successful in this impactful role, you must possess:

Significant Post-Qualifying Experience: A proven track record in a statutory Children’s Services setting.

Clinical Excellence: Strong assessment skills and the ability to produce high-quality reports for court and conferences.

Professionalism: Current registration with Social Work England.
