Responsibilities
* Manage a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans.
* Carry out initial assessments, considering risk, situation and need.
* Record progress and outcomes timely and accurately using the case management system.
* Maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns.
* Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners to achieve positive outcomes.
* Support participants to overcome housing challenges and understand their rights and responsibilities.
Qualifications
* Experience in social care, mental health, education, criminal justice, or as a recent graduate.
* Person‑centred approach and transferable skills.
* Effective communication and ability to engage diverse backgrounds.
* Resilient, adaptable, and a positive role model.
* Experience or willingness to work with adult males in custody and collaborate with Probation Practitioners.
Benefits and Compensation
Salary: Competitive pay ranging from £25,877 to £29,000 per annum, depending on experience.
