What you'll be doing
* Coordinating high-volume recruitment for Retail Stores and Burton Distribution Centre
* Managing candidate workflows in our ATS, ensuring data accuracy and compliance
* Overseeing contract generation and pre-employment checks
* Supporting end-to-end recruitment for Band 68 Operations roles
* Producing recruitment dashboards and reports to inform performance and decision-making
* Identifying process bottlenecks and recommending improvements
* Acting as a key contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the hiring journey
* Ensuring full compliance with GDPR, right-to-work and internal recruitment standards

What you'll bring
* Experience in a recruitment coordination or resourcing support role
* Confidence managing high-volume administrative processes with strong attention to detail
* Advanced ATS and HR systems knowledge, including reporting capability
* Strong Excel and data analysis skills
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* The ability to prioritise in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* A proactive, improvement-focused approach
