Ideal Candidate:
* Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
* Business Developments, Sales, Customer Service, Marketing or Consulting experiences are beneficial, but not essential.
* Strong networking and goal-driven abilities.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Great computer skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Ability to work extremely well under pressure, meet deadlines and handle multiple daily tasks.
* Ability to handle sensitive and confidential documents.
* Ability to work independently, as well as in a team.
Responsibilities:
* Headhunting, chasing referrals, utilizing internal databases, and networking.
* Evaluating a number of applications and resumes.
* Proactively connecting with different applicants.
* Finalizing arrangements between clients and candidates.
* Negotiating pay and salary rates between interviewees.
* Enter, distribute, and regularly update candidates on the system.
* Maintaining and organizing the internal databases.
* Demonstrate effective interpersonal, written, and communication skills.
