This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in delivering high-quality teaching and learning within a supportive, collaborative environment.About the RoleAs a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers to support, plan, and deliver engaging lessons across a range of subjects. You will also lead targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions, contributing to a positive, inclusive learning environment where every pupil can thrive.Key Responsibilities Support teachers in planning and delivering engaging, well-structured lessons Provide one-to-one and small-group support to boost pupil progress Deliver targeted interventions for pupils with additional learning needs Prepare, organise, and maintain classroom resources and learning materials Promote a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment Support children's social development and emotional wellbeing Communicate effectively with teachers, parents, and external professionals Monitor, record, and report on pupil progress as requiredWhat We're Looking For A recognised qualification or equivalent experience Previous experience supporting teaching and learning in a primary school Strong understanding of child development and effective classroom practice Excellent communication, organisational, and teamwork skills A proactive, flexible, and nurturing approach A commitment to safeguarding and promoting pupil welfareWhy Choose Aspire People?
