Due to continued growth, Clarendon Fine Art are looking for a Digital Retoucher to work in our Product Creation department.
The Digital Retoucher will support the in-house photographer by preparing and editing digital assets to ensure consistency and accuracy across all platforms. This role is ideal for someone with strong Photoshop skills, excellent attention to detail, and an eagerness to develop their expertise in digital imaging within a creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Retouch and colour balance digital images to meet brand and quality standards.
2. Prepare artwork photography for use across digital platforms, print, and marketing campaigns.
3. Work closely with the Artwork Photographer to maintain consistency in style, tone, and quality of imagery.
4. Assist in editing images and occasionally short video content as directed.
5. Organize, label, and archive digital files to ensure efficient workflow and accessibility.
6. Ensure all work is completed accurately and delivered within agreed deadlines.
7. Stay up to date with Photoshop tools, retouching techniques, and digital imaging trends.
8. Provide ad-hoc support in the studio when required (e.g., setting up equipment, basic photography assistance).
Required Skills & Qualifications
9. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
10. Strong eye for colour accuracy, detail, and consistency.
11. Ability to work efficiently on repetitive tasks while maintaining a high standard.
12. Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
13. A collaborative mindset with good communication skills to work alongside creative and marketing teams.
