The shift pattern for this position is rotational mon-sun.
An innovative and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 3 Healthcare Assistant to join our team within AMU ward 2 at RAH. The successful applicant will be expected to demonstrate the ability to work with a level of autonomy whilst still under the supervision of the RN as well as use their enhanced skills with a view to delivering excellent care.
You should be able to evidence excellent interpersonal skills and have experience as a Health Care Support Worker within an in-patient hospital setting.
You should be energetic, capable, flexible and interested in people. Evidence of delivering high quality compassionate care is essential.
You will be expected to have excellent working knowledge of the Mandatory Induction Standards For Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment
