£100,000-£130,000 + bonus + benefits, London
This leading, independent project management consultancy work with blue chip real estate developer, investor and occupier clients in Central London with several award winning projects in their portfolio.
They currently seek an Project Manager at Project Director level to join their London team due to a number of new projects coming live in Q2 2026, these are a mix of office, retail, hotel and residential, consisting of base build and CAT A with contract values £20m-£100m.

What You'll Bring
* 10+ years' project management experience within a project consultancy
* Track record delivering private sector projects under JCT contract
* Experienced on new build, cut and carve or CAT A
* Ideally chartered or on the pathway (MRICS, MCIOB, RIBA or equivalent)
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management expertise
