Your New Role as Finance Manager:
Reporting to the Head of Finance, as Finance Manager your responsibilities will include:
• Line management of a team of 5 finance staff being responsible for their training and development
• Review of the monthly management accounts pack and input as required
• Involvement in the year end statutory accounting and audit process
• Providing commercial support to drive growth initiatives
• Key player in driving system and process improvements and projects as required
Experience & Qualifications Required to Apply:
The ideal candidate will be fully qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA), with a technically strong accounting skillset and good commercial acumen. The successful candidate will have the proven ability to add value through enhancing/streamlining processes and systems within a finance function. Systems driven, you will be competent in the use of ERP systems and knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is advantageous.
