Research Manager
Location: London (4 days office-based, Fridays WFH)
Salary: Up to 60,000 + benefits
About the role
In this role, you'll deliver end-to-end quantitative research projects using a proprietary platform, acting as the main point of contact for clients who use the self-serve offer. You'll guide them on survey design, data quality, and project execution, while collaborating closely with technical, commercial, and product teams to refine and improve the platform.
You'll also:
* Manage client relationships and lead calls, offering strategic research advice.
* Drive improvements in self-serve processes through client feedback.
* Support business growth by expanding and developing accounts.
* Contribute to product development discussions with cross-functional teams.
* Potentially line-manage junior researchers.
About you
We're seeking someone with:
1. 3+ years' experience in quantitative (or mixed-methods) market research.
2. Strong knowledge of survey design, sampling, and data cleaning.
3. Proven experience delivering research such as brand tracking, ad testing, and ad hoc projects.
4. Confidence in client-facing situations and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
