What we are looking for:
Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (Ideally with exposure to the US market)
Strong track record in new business development and client acquisition.
Ability to build and scale candidate and client pipelines within a defined niche.
Commercially-minded, self-motivated and confident operating with autonomy.
