Are you a Senior Project Manager experienced within Software Delivery?
We’re on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to join a high-performing Programme Management Office at the core of an ambitious, innovation-led organisation.
Working with the Lead Project Manager, you will work on a programme to expand current business offerings and improve the operating model. The internal development team will build new software around this - think real-time data streaming, intelligent automation, and seamless third-party integrations - all within a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Taking end-to-end ownership of complex software projects - from concept to go-live.
* Leading delivery across specialist, ringfenced product squads
* Facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing blockers, managing dependencies, and updating Exec-level stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
* Overseeing platforms powered by real-time data, external APIs, and internal tools that drive performance.
* Engaging with cutting-edge programmes across data platforms, workflow automation, and advanced broadcasting technology.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in delivering complex software or product solutions
* Experience in practice within SAFe environments.
* A strong background in high-volume, data-centric delivery with an eye for innovation and quality.
* A clear, confident communicator who can engage senior stakeholders and drive cross-functional teams forward.
* Skilled at navigating complexity, prioritising competing demands, and keeping delivery on track.
* Familiar with JIRA, Agile governance tools, and reporting across multiple stakeholders and teams.
Location: Milton Keynes HQ (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)
Salary: £65,000–£70,000
