Job Description

Our significant growth has led us to invest further in our Account Management team to increase revenue, strengthen partnerships, and expand our product portfolio. We are seeking a Junior Account Manager! You will receive extensive training and support to become an ambassador of The Fuel Store, identifying opportunities for account growth in fuel and non-fuel products to generate revenue and boost sales.


Position Details:

Type: Permanent, Full-Time

Salary: £26,000 per annum

Location: Birmingham, B2 (Hybrid)

* Foster long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
* Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through exceptional service.
* Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
* Effectively present products and services to clients.
* Handle challenging situations professionally and with a solutions-focused approach.
* Share insights and best practices to support team development.
* Monitor KPIs to track success and drive improvements.
* Ensure efficient workflow and high productivity levels.

Essential Experience:

* Ability to maintain strong client relationships.
* Understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
* Identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products.
* Resilience and reliability.
* Managing workflow efficiently to maximize productivity.
* Prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
* Learning to make commercially driven decisions to enhance sales.
* Monitoring and analyzing KPIs.
