We're looking for a Site Engineer to join our Transportation team on the A417 Missing Link project in Gloucester. In this role, you'll work closely with the site team to ensure construction is delivered with precision, quality standards are upheld, accurate records are maintained, and progress stays on track—avoiding any abortive or defective work. Location : Gloucester, Gloucestershire - site based Contract : Permanent, Full time Salary : Up to £39,000 per year £5k annual car allowance Benefits Responsibilities As a Site Engineer, you'll play a key role in ensuring works are set out accurately and delivered within tolerances, supporting both quality and productivity on site Your day to day will include: Management of Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) within your area of responsibility Regularly checking the setting out points, benchmarks, setting out instruments and measuring equipment Assisting in managing systems to record the quality of work completed, testing workmanship and materials Provide and maintain setting out and dimensional control to ensure accurate construction of the work Provide engineering support to resolve technical issues and respond to queries What are we looking for?
