To apply for the role, you must have been a Civils PCSM for National Grid, with NSI 6 & 8, HSG47 Substation, Lifting Supervisor, Manual Handling. About the role: Day to day management of site operatives, subcontractors and site work. Development and implementation of safety documentation including construction phase plans, site quality plans and risk assessments / method statements. Undertake inspections Carry out site inductions, Toolbox Talks & Daily Briefings. Prepare daily SSoW and put people to work. - Produce & maintain Site Specific Risk & Method Statements. Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations. Communicate effectively with the contractors, client Morrisons staff. Attend weekly progress meetings. Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction Ensure quality control measures are implemented throughout the project Maintain a high standard of documentation and records of project activities/labour including a site dairy Desirable to already hold SSE authorisation of minimum CAT1C.
