To follow the STATS Graduate Engineering Development Programme, which provides structured and systematic training to enable graduates to build upon their high academic achievements. You will gain professional engineering experience across all STATS product lines.

Main Responsibilities
Participate in the Graduate Engineering Development Programme, involving rotations across various departments, including:
Kintore, Aberdeenshire, UK - Feb 2024
* Assist in preparing detailed quotations, including engineering, manufacturing, and testing costs.
* Coordinate technical documentation for bids, such as drawings and operational procedures.
* Organize Project Kick-Off meetings upon contract award.
* Create and manage project plans, budgets, and milestones.
* Assist with field surveys as needed.
* Coordinate all technical documentation, including drawings, test procedures, and risk assessments.
* Attend client meetings and HAZOPs as required.
* Ensure timely receipt of drawings and documents from Engineering to meet project schedules.
* Participate in design and operational reviews related to project deliverables.
* Raise Purchase Requisitions and Manufacturing Request Forms for project components.
* Issue drawings to manufacturing departments to adhere to schedules.
* Develop in-house testing procedures for each project.
* Manage Assembly and Test Work packs and coordinate testing activities.
* Coordinate client or third-party inspections during testing.
* Write operational procedures for offshore scope of supply.
* Prepare mobilisation lists and advise on offshore deployment requirements.
* Assist with field deployment as needed.
* Ensure Manufacturing Record Books are compiled when required.
* Coordinate revenue reporting upon project completion.
Quality and Safety Responsibilities
* Adhere to STATS and client quality, safety, and environmental policies.
* Report all incidents and hazards promptly.
* Follow STATS's integrated Management System during project tasks.
Qualifications
* BSc/BEng (Hons) and/or MSc in Mechanical or related fields.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge
* Engineering background; topside/process/pipeline/subsea experience advantageous.
* Strong technical writing skills.
* Driving license required.
* Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Project.
* Knowledge of Microsoft AX system is a plus.
