The Office Assistant Role
We're looking for a tech-savvy, organised Office Assistant to join our Purchasing & Logistics team. This isn't about years of purchasing experience — it's about attitude, computer skills, and the confidence to pick things up quickly. You'll play a key role in keeping our supply chain moving smoothly, from raising orders to helping our logistics team deliver on time.
What You'll Be Doing
* Raising and managing purchase orders via our internal systems;
* Communicating with suppliers on orders, pricing and delivery updates;
* Updating spreadsheets and item data across our CRM and supply chain tools;
* Supporting the logistics team with delivery scheduling and follow-ups.
You'll Need To Be...
* Organised, tech-savvy, and confident using spreadsheets & systems;
* A strong communicator with a friendly and professional phone manner;
* A team player who's willing to muck in all elements of our supply chain;
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same;
* Keen to grow and learn in a supply chain and operations environment.
