Post: Team Leader in a 30 bed residential care home (Registered for dementia / MH clients)
Hours: Full time (Min. 3 shifts per week 11.75hrs/shift)
Salary: £14.95ph incl. pension / 28 annual leave
Availability: Fully flexible incl. day or night shifts

Must have:
* Prior experience working as a Team Leader in a 30 residential care home setting including:
o Managing and leading a small team of carers
o Medication cycle skills (ordering, receiving, carry forward, auditing)
o Care planning writing, updating and good written English.
o Risk assessments as above
* Good knowledge of spoken and written English
* Friendly and proactive attitude
* Will receive full annual care training (e.g. SOVA, Health & Safety, Infection Control) and an opportunity to develop in NVQ or ongoing training
