Sales & Purchase Ledger Assistant ?? Location: Blackwood ?? Full-time | Permanent ?? Salary: £26,000 per year We are looking for a Finance Clerk to support the finance team with day-to-day ledger activities, credit control, and general finance duties. Key Responsibilities Raise sales invoices and credit notes Allocate customer receipts and maintain accurate customer accounts Support credit control and chase outstanding debts Handle customer and supplier queries professionally Process supplier invoices and credit notes Review supplier statement reconciliations Prepare and process supplier payments on time Assist with bank reconciliations and month-end processes Support the finance team with ad-hoc tasks About You Previous experience in a sales ledger, purchase ledger, or finance admin role Strong attention to detail and accuracy Confident communicator with customers and suppliers Good organisational and IT skills (Excel experience desirable) Able to work to deadlines in a busy environment What We Offer Competitive salary Supportive team environment Opportunity for development and progression Apply now via Totaljobs
