About the Role

As a Client Success Associate, you’ll be the key link between clients and Thomas & Co, guiding them through their onboarding journey and supporting them throughout their relationship with us. You’ll ensure compliance steps are met, service delivery runs smoothly, and clients feel supported, informed, and confident from day one.

This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, from coordinating AML checks and compliance processes to handling client queries and supporting our senior management team with exciting projects.



Working Hours & Location

Monday to Friday Full time, 37.5 hours

Hybrid role




Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll support the Client Success Manager and wider team with tasks that keep our clients journey smooth and efficient, including:

* Supporting the client onboarding process by assisting with proposals, AML checks, invoicing, and induction activities.
* Keeping CRM records up to date in Client Engager and maintaining accurate onboarding statistics.
* Helping to respond to client queries and escalating more complex issues to the Client Success Manager.
* Assisting with compliance activities such as AML reviews, audits, and professional clearance.
* Working with the Client Success Manager and wider team on projects, initiatives, and ad hoc tasks.
* Supporting client financial administration, including raising invoices in Xero, collecting fees via GoCardless, and updating services in Socket.
* Providing general practice support, such as company incorporations, tax registrations, and post delegation.




What We’re Looking For

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
* Previous experience in client success, client-facing, or account management roles
* Familiarity with CRM or practice management tools (advantageous)
* A proactive, client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
