The Affiliate Performance Analyst role is within the Affiliate & Performance Partnerships team. Our goal is to increase the number of travelers visiting Skyscanner from diverse affiliate partner websites through our Travel API integrations and affiliate traffic referrals.
As part of our team, you will work closely with Affiliate Account Managers and be responsible for the core infrastructure of our channel, supporting the team and partners through analytics to grow and nurture our global partnerships.
Core Responsibilities
1. Monitor partner activities, including performance and fraud assessments, to support optimization and management of partnerships.
2. Manage weekly performance reporting to track progress and identify trends, translating data into actionable insights.
3. Build and maintain performance dashboards by integrating multiple data sources for effective tracking of key metrics.
4. Investigate performance anomalies and complex data issues to support the team.
5. Explore and implement process automation and streamlining to enhance efficiency.
6. Collaborate with Affiliate Managers, Product Engineering, Business Analysts, and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Required Skills / Experience
* Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach to data investigation.
* Attention to detail and critical thinking to identify missing elements.
* Experience in tech and analytical environments, with the ability to communicate effectively with partners and account managers.
* Proficiency in SQL and Tableau or similar tools; experience with Impact Radius, Partnerize, or Branch is a plus.
* Partner-centric mindset, understanding user and partner needs.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills for building stakeholder relationships.
* Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or in a team.
* Adaptability to fast-paced, changing environments and a love for challenges.
