PURPOSE OF THE JOB The Estates and Facilities Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the Teaching & Learning environment. This includes maintaining the premises, facilities, equipment, and safety standards to a consistently high level. This role involves maintaining a safe, clean, and well-functioning environment by carrying out general maintenance tasks, supporting room setups, and ensuring health and safety standards are upheld. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach, good communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality facilities support across the site. The post holder will act as a positive and proactive link between the Estates team, school senior leadership, and the wider estate management team.
