Overview
First Military Recruitment are currently seeking a Site Supervisor on behalf of one of our clients.
Working as a site supervisor you will report into Site Managers and be deployed on an interesting range of projects as they come on stream. This role would suit someone that can handle pressure and prioritise their own workload. As a self-starter who enjoys working in a pro-active manner you will be able to communicate at all levels with clients, suppliers, and contractors.

Duties and Responsibilities
* Completing daily site paperwork (Inductions / Permits / Audits / Inspections)
* Site supervision sub-contractors, progressive snagging (appraisal and application)
* Oversee carpentry, partitioning, ceiling installation and general building skills on site to suit project requirements
* Managing all onsite activities on a day-to-day basis
* Ensure documentation is maintained throughout project cycle, daily H&S check
* Ensure projects are completed to Safety, Quality, Time and Cost measures to exceed client expectations
Skills and Qualifications
* Extensive experience of building and/or interiors contracting
* Strong supervisory and project management leadership skills with a proven track record in delivery
* Good communicator - written, oral and numerate
* Health and Safety site supervision qualification and site experience (SMSTS)
* First Aid course completed
* Problem solving, prioritising workload
* Trustworthy and hard working
* Team player
* Commercial mindset - developing opportunities and improving margins
* Able to meet tight deadlines
