Circet is recruiting for a 12-month Graduate Programme across our offices in Ireland and the UK. We seek motivated graduates eager to learn, apply their skills, and succeed. Successful candidates will gain valuable experience and develop transferable skills for personal and professional growth.
We are looking for a Human Resources Graduate to join our HR team in Stevenage. The role involves supporting HR administration, adhering to procedures, and maintaining high standards of confidentiality.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
2. Prepare HR documentation, including contracts, offer letters, and policies.
3. Assist in monitoring HR systems, such as absence tracking and probation reviews.
4. Respond to HR queries from employees and escalate issues when necessary.
5. Ensure HR policies are up-to-date and compliant with employment laws.
6. Support disciplinary and grievance processes by preparing documentation and scheduling meetings.
7. Create reports and presentations on HR metrics, such as turnover rates.
8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR matters professionally.
Knowledge & Skills Requirements:
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
* Previous administrative experience (desirable but not essential).
* Knowledge of HR software or HRIS (desirable but not essential).
* Pursuing CIPD Level 3 qualification or higher (desirable but not essential).
