* Support clients throughout each stage of the programme by providing personalised advice to help them lose weight, achieve their health goals, and make sustainable lifestyle changes.
* Maintain and manage a caseload of participants, communicating with clients via telephone, email, and secure messaging.
* Review food diaries and programme progress, and escalate cases when additional support or specialist input is required.
* Participate in regular multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings and collaborate with the wider team to develop programme resources and curriculums.
* Respond to client enquiries promptly and provide ongoing support through phone, email, and messaging services.
* Attend training and team meetings, representing the organisation at relevant events.
* Handle sensitive data with a high level of confidentiality and attention to detail, ensuring accurate and timely data entry to maintain a clear and effective client pathway.
