Health Care Support Worker (CTAC)

Band 3 (pro rata, part‑time)
Hours
20.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 08:30am‑4:30pm (flexible).
Key Responsibilities
* Provide direct support to patients within General Practice settings.
* Carry out phlebotomy duties.
* Support practice staff in daily clinical and administrative tasks.
* Travel across the Fife‑wide division when required.
Qualifications & Experience
* Excellent organisational, time‑management, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Team player with a genuine interest in a Primary Care setting.
* Previous community/primary care experience (advantage).
* Phlebotomy skills required.
* Appropriate SVQ (certified) desirable.
* Member of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme prior to appointment.

Our service offers supervision and supported training opportunities.
