Role and Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities
* Directly responsible for daily customer interactions
* Develop and maintain good customer relationships in a customer-focused role
* Lead weekly SCM processes to ensure efficient delivery of joint business plans within mutual KPIs
* Discuss sell-out and future demand with customers and commercial teams, updating internal systems accordingly
* Analyze data to identify trends and implications
* Suggest future intake proposals based on PSI analysis
* Create delivery orders
* Manage order book and maintain delivery dates in line with stock availability
* Manage weekly sales achievement rates, ensuring forecasts align with confirmed orders
* Coordinate with finance on credit control, billing, and invoice queries
* Work with logistics to ensure timely and complete deliveries
* Communicate shipment delays to stakeholders, minimizing impact
* Ensure optimal supply chain solutions to reduce delivery failures
* Update stakeholders on sales progress and escalate issues
* Manage customer order allocation
* Increase cost efficiency through direct delivery
* Lead supply chain meetings and business reviews to build strategic relationships
* Coordinate with HQ on product availability, capacity, shortages, and new SKUs
* Perform additional duties as assigned by the line manager
