What will you be doing?
As a Sales Advisor, you will be engaging with prospective and existing customers, understanding their needs, and offering solutions that match their requirements. This is a proactive role where building rapport, uncovering opportunities, and closing sales are key.
Responsibilities include:
12. Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries in a professional, friendly manner
13. Building rapport to understand customer needs and present suitable products or services
14. Confidently handling objections and turning interest into confirmed sales
15. Following up on leads, quotes, and opportunities to maximise conversion rates
16. Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM
17. Working closely with colleagues to achieve team targets and KPIs
18. Meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and performance metrics
Skills & Experience Required:
19. Previous sales experience (face-to-face or telephone) preferred
20. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade
21. Resilience and a positive attitude towards achieving targets
22. Good organisational skills and attention to detail
23. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
24. Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven personality
Important to Note:
25. You must be available for 1 full week of training
26. No holidays should be booked during the first 2–3 weeks of onboarding due to training
27. This is an ongoing temporary role, with the potential to go permanent depending on performance and business needs
