Company Description
BJF Group is a leading multi-discipline Main Contractor based across the UK, specialising in delivering high-quality construction projects across various sectors - priding ourselves on our reputation for excellence and attention to detail.
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a professional and accurate Contract Administrator to provide administrative support to the Facilities Management business unit, ensuring precise policy & procedure document control and contract support across our largest Client contracts.
We pride ourselves on nurturing talent and fostering an environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive - if you have ambitions to play a key part in driving our business forwards, then we want you to join us at an exciting time of development and growth to realise your full potential.
Position
At BJF Group, we offer a career filled with opportunities, challenges, and innovations within a family environment where you're empowered to make a real difference.
The Contract Administrator will support delivery teams to ensure that all contractual KPI's are met, as well as acting as a point of contact for both the client and on-site teams for any escalations relating to contract deliverables.
Reporting directly into the Contract Support Manager, you will provide wider support to the FM team through efficient allocation of work orders to relevant operatives and assist in resource allocation where required - accurately updating records and logging any changes that may affect the day-to-day management of the contract.
The ability to quickly and effectively build relationships will be key as the role will give you an opportunity to interface with a diverse range of stakeholders across the FM business unit, both internally and externally. This exposure is a great opportunity for you to use these stakeholders as a resource whilst you learn the nuance of the business and apply your learnings through maintaining excellent service levels and client dialogue.
The role is best suited to an ambitious and driven individual who has an analytical approach to administration, along with the ability to effectively build and nurture strong working relationships from day one in a new environment. Flexibility and adaptability will also be key, as we are an agile organisation with changing business requirements which will require you to think on your feet.
We are looking for a true team-player who is willing to throw themselves into an equally challenging and exciting environment, where you are valued as a person just as much as for your efforts towards favourable business outcomes.
