In this role the successful Pipe Fitter/TIG Welder will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of a variety of processing equipment. You will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering/fabrication drawings to determine the layout of piping systems. On top of this, you will be responsible for conducting routine maintenance and inspection of existing piping systems. Finally, you will be responsible for assisting in the assembly tasks of fabrication and installation - ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest of standards.
The Role
* Installation and maintenance of a variety of processing equipment
* Interpreting engineering/fabrication drawings to determine the layout of piping systems
* Conducting routine maintenance and inspection of existing piping systems
The Person
* Previous experience in both Pipe Fitting and TIG Welding
* Previous practical experience within Stainless Steel/Sheet Metal Fabrication
* Previous experience welding within the food and beverage sector or a related field
