Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Clinical Lead (Registered Nurse) to work closely with nursing and care teams to ensure the highest standards of clinical care and governance are maintained within nursing settings.
Supported by an established management team, the Clinical Lead will play a key role in ensuring residents receive outstanding, person-centred care that meets their individual needs. Provide strong clinical leadership and support to nursing and care teams.
Promote best nursing practice and provide training, mentoring, and support to staff.
Lead and participate in audits, safeguarding processes, DoLS, CQC compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Strong clinical skillset with the confidence to lead a nursing team.
Passion for high-quality nursing care and developing others.
Good working knowledge of audits, safeguarding, DoLS, CQC, and compliance standards.
NMC registered nurse.
