What you’ll be doing:
* Communicate with Brokers using a variety of customer contact systems, e.g. phone, e-mail, MS teams.
* Provide Brokers with relevant product information that is clear, fair and not misleading allowing them help their client to make an informed decision
* Deliver against a set of Key Performance Indicators that will be provided to you by your line manager
* Provide a great customer experience that enables higher sales conversion and retention performance.
* Demonstrate ability to work both individually and as part of a team
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience within Customer Service and Insurance ideally working with Brokers
* Computer literate–can demonstrate the use of MS Office
* Excellent customer service skills
* Rapport building skills to be able to speak with our Brokers and build relationships
* Can-do positive attitude towards Brokers and team member alike
* Self-driven to continuously improve performance
* Experience of using Acturis (Desirable not essential)
