We are supporting a major residential development project in Manchester delivering a 1,000 residential unit scheme, as well as retail and commercial space as part of a neighbourhood regeneration scheme. The programme includes the construction of multiple high-rise and mid-rise buildings, extensive public realm works, and associated infrastructure over the next couple of years. This exciting opportunity will see the successful candidate play a pivotal role in commercially managing the project across all stages — from pre-construction cost planning and procurement through to contract administration, cost control, and final account settlement. You’ll work closely with the project team to ensure cost-effective delivery, manage subcontractor pricing and valuations, contribute to commercial reporting, and support value engineering initiatives on a high-profile, large-scale residential build.
