Area: Peterborough
Hours of work: 37.5 hours a week (or ad-hoc flexible)

You are not required to have a teaching qualification to be successful, just up-to-date and relevant experience working with young people. This is a perfect opportunity for a recent graduate or someone who is potentially looking to start a career in education. You must be confident in covering large primary classes and have an adaptable and engaging approach.
This position will allow you to gain experience managing a variety of lessons and building rapport with students. This is a chance to develop teaching and strong classroom management skills in an environment where planning will always be in place.
Responsibilities
1. Working across a range of different year groups and departments
2. Managing the behaviour of students
3. Supervising pre-planned, pre-set work from teachers
Requirements of the Candidate
1. Recent and relevant experience working with young people, in an educational, coaching, or care setting
2. Degree educated
3. Passionate and committed to working with children in education
4. Strong behaviour management skills
5. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills
6. Punctual, flexible, and reliable
