Data Performance Manager
Location: Hybrid working, with one day a week in London
What you'll be doing
As our Data Performance Manager, you'll take ownership of performance reporting across a diverse operational portfolio—ensuring data is accurate, insightful, and commercially meaningful. You'll develop dashboards, KPIs and analytics that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities, enabling operational and commercial teams to make informed decisions that improve service delivery and financial results.
You'll champion data integrity, streamline reporting processes, and work closely with commercial managers, finance teams and operational leaders to ensure performance data aligns with contractual obligations, cost drivers, and revenue targets.
Key responsibilities
1. Lead performance reporting and commercial analytics to support contract profitability and operational efficiency.
2. Develop dashboards and KPIs that highlight financial trends, cost drivers, and commercial risks.
3. Monitor data quality and implement improvements to strengthen accuracy and commercial insight.
4. Partner with commercial and finance teams to support forecasting, budgeting, and performance reviews.
5. Provide data‑driven recommendations that improve margin, reduce risk, and enhance contract performance.
6. Support operational teams in understanding performance drivers and meeting contractual commitments.
7. Train and support system users to ensure consistent data standards and commercially aligned reporting.
8. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline reporting and enhance commercial transparency.
What we're looking for
9. Strong experience in a data, performance or commercial analytics role within a Facilities Management environment
10. Proven ability to analyse complex datasets and translate them into actionable commercial insight.
11. Excellent understanding of performance frameworks, KPIs, financial drivers and operational reporting.
12. Confident communicator who can influence stakeholders at all levels, including commercial and finance leads.
13. Strong problem‑solver with a proactive, improvement‑focused mindset.
14. Experience with Maximo is highly desirable.
15. Highly organised, detail‑driven and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
