Our Client, a reputable and expanding law firm, is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with a minimum of three years post-qualification experience (PQE) to join their growing Family Law team. This role offers the opportunity to manage a diverse caseload of private family law matters, provide supervision to junior team members, and contribute to the continued growth of the department.
Key Responsibilities of the Family Solicitor:
Managing a full caseload of private family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, cohabitation disputes, and Children Act matters.
Offering guidance and supervision to junior team members to ensure high-quality service and professional development.
Providing expert advice on pre- and post-nuptial agreements, domestic abuse, and complex financial cases.
Contributing to the development and marketing of the Family department, helping to expand the firm's client base and services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, counsel, and other professionals involved in family law matters.Family Solicitor requirements:
A minimum of 3 years' PQE in Family law, with experience in privately funded matters.
Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff is desirable.
A proactive approach to business development and marketing, with an interest in growing the Family department.
