Partnerships Relationship Team Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 DOE + Commission
Hours: Full Time 37hrs per week
Location: Remote working with 1-2 days a week in our Northampton office.

To support our growth, we’re seeking a Partnerships Relationship Team Manager to oversee account management and development of our key partners. You will ensure partners receive high-quality, proactive service, building confidence and trust in how their accounts are managed.
You will work closely with partners introduced by the Sales Manager to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and help them maximize the value of our services. Your focus will be to drive sales performance, strengthen relationships, and increase partner engagement.
We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in account management, partnerships, or business development, along with strong leadership skills in managing, coaching, and developing high-performing sales teams.
Responsibilities:
1. Oversee account management and development of key partners
2. Lead, coach, and develop the sales team, including Sales Consultants and Administrative Support
3. Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to improve commercial performance
4. Plan resources to ensure seamless service and proactive account management
5. Drive team and individual performance to meet targets
6. Conduct regular account reviews with insightful reporting
7. Handle escalations to maintain trust and relationships
8. Oversee onboarding for new partners
9. Identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities
10. Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards
11. Deliver training to partners and internal teams
12. Meet with partners virtually and face-to-face to strengthen relationships
13. Represent OnlineDIRECT as a brand ambassador
14. Participate in management meetings and contribute to business initiatives
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in account management, partnerships, or business development
2. Strong leadership skills managing and developing teams
3. Results-oriented with a commercial mindset
4. Exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills
5. Strong analytical and reporting skills
6. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
7. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
8. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders
9. Resilient, adaptable, and calm under pressure
10. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
11. Full UK driving license and access to a car
12. Experience in the energy industry is highly desirable
