Oversee CHP operations, including gas usage, electricity generation, high-pressure steam, air services, and water treatment. Ensure full compliance with operational, safety, and regulatory standards. Drive site improvement programmes to enhance performance across people, plant, and processes. Manage contracts and negotiations with gas suppliers in collaboration with procurement teams. Oversee energy efficiency, including fuel usage (£6M) and electricity generation/sales (10MW output). Manage, coach, and develop team members to build capability and accountability. Ensure effective asset management, maintenance, and audit-ready operational standards within the energy function.
