The Job
The Customer Support Representative, Level 1 is responsible for supporting our Customers through their expertise and knowledge of the Simpro suite of products.
What You’ll Do
Engage professionally with Simpro customers, clients, and internal stakeholders daily, using appropriate support and communication methods, while identifying opportunities to improve software and implement enhancements.

* Empathy and understanding of client needs
* Polite and friendly telephone manner
* Self-starter with resourcefulness and initiative
* Troubleshooting, problem-solving, and effective questioning skills
* Eagerness and enthusiasm to learn quickly
* Good time management and organizational skills, capable of handling multiple priorities and schedules
* Insight into trades industries is a big advantage
* Understanding of cloud-based technologies and systems
