Job Duties:
* Provide individualised tutoring in KS3 English and Maths subjects
* Create tailored lesson plans to meet the specific needs of each student
* Assess student progress and adjust teaching methods accordingly
* Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
* Maintain accurate records of student performance and attendance
Required Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Experience in teaching KS3 English and Maths
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and adapt teaching strategies
Education:
Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
Experience:
At least 2 years of experience in teaching KS3 English and Maths
Knowledge and Skills:
* Deep understanding of KS3 curriculum and teaching methods
* Proficiency in assessing student learning needs
* Ability to create engaging and effective lesson plans
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Education
* Experience working with students with special educational needs
Working Conditions:
* Work primarily in a home setting
* Full-time hours
* May require travel to student homes or other locations for tutoring sessions

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
