Job title: Voids Operative Department/Region: Property Services - Plymouth Reporting to: Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader Hours of work: 40 hours p/w (Mon - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm) Salary: £25,400 - £27,237 per annum Purpose of the Role: Reporting to the Repairs and Maintenance Team Leader as a Voids Operative you will be accountable for ensuring all properties are clean, hygienic and compliant to the specified standards.
