IATF Qualified Quality Assistant
Echo Personnel are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for an experienced IATF Qualified Quality Assistant to join their established quality assurance team.

Key Responsibilities
* Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of IATF 16949 standards across manufacturing operations
* Assist in developing, reviewing, and enforcing quality procedures and documentation
* Carry out inspections and internal audits to ensure compliance with regulatory and customer requirements
* Analyse quality data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
* Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues efficiently
* Participate in root cause analysis and corrective action processes
* Support HACCP programmes, ensuring critical control points are effectively monitored where applicable
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to support internal and external audits
Candidate Requirements
* Proven experience in a quality role with strong knowledge of IATF 16949
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data clearly
* Working knowledge of HACCP principles within a manufacturing environment
* High level of attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Effective communication skills with the ability to liaise across departments
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
